Internal regulations and instructions for occupation and departure

The HOUSE

- For everyone's comfort, this house is STRICTLY SMOKE-FREE. Smoking (or vaping) is prohibited.
- Recycling is required. Please sort your waste.
- If pets are present, access to the bedrooms is strictly prohibited, and they must not be allowed on the sofas and armchairs.
- The Wi-Fi code (QR code to scan) is on the poster in the living room.
- The patio umbrella must not be open when it is windy. ALWAYS close it when you leave the house (the wind may pick up while you are away).
- The barbecue (gas) is your responsibility and must be cleaned after each use. The cooking grease collection tray must also be emptied into the general waste bin and not down the sink.
- In case of a gas outage for the barbecue, a full gas bottle is located in the back kitchen, near the freezer.
- The shutters MUST be hung, given the wind (Mistral), which can be strong in our region.

THE POOL

- The pool water is treated with chlorine. The dosage is checked before each arrival. Its depth is 1.20 m.
- Use of the pool is the sole responsibility of adults, who remain solely responsible for their children. The safety gate must ALWAYS be closed when children are present.
- Rinse the pre-filter daily to prevent it from clogging. Regularly check the pool water level (the first step must be covered with water) and top up with the hose if necessary.
- If the water temperature is above 30°C, do not cover the pool at night. If you wish to maintain the water temperature, cover the pool at night.
- If you notice the water becoming cloudy, let us know IMMEDIATELY!
- The use of any self-tanner is strictly prohibited while swimming... respect the liner!
- Diving or jumping into the pool is prohibited.
- Bath towels are provided for swimming. Do not use white towels for the pool or when using self-tanners... (Permanent stains)*

The HOUSE (upon your departure)

- All towels used during your stay must be grouped together and left on the bathroom floor. The same applies to sheets in a separate pile from the towels.
- All (sorted) trash must be removed from the house and disposed of in the containers located in the parking lot near the ramparts (less than 50m).
- Please turn off all lights and air conditioners.
- Please close the door and check that it is securely locked. Return a set of keys to the exterior key box and scramble the code.
- The dishwasher must be emptied and the dishes put away. The dishwasher filter must be cleaned. The barbecue must also be cleaned (cloths are available in the garage).
*In the event of non-compliance with the above rules, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any damage noted from your deposit.
